GIFT A MASSAGE
  • Swedish Massage

A classic and gentle form of massage therapy that focuses on relaxation and rejuvenation. During a Swedish massage, the therapist uses long, gliding strokes, kneading, tapping, and gentle stretching to ease tension and promote deep relaxation. It's idea for those looking to unwind, relieve stress, and improve overall well-being.

  • Deep Tissue Massage

A targeted therapeutic technique that focuses on releasing chronic muscle tension. The therapist uses firm pressure and slow, deliberate strokes to reach the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues. This can provide relief from chronic pain, muscle tightness, and tension. It is best for those seeking effective relief from specific muscular issues.

  • Trigger Point Therapy

A targeted and highly effective form of massage that focuses on specific points of muscle tension, known as trigger points. The therapist applies pressure to these trigger points to release knots and alleviate localized pain and discomfort. This technique is great for addressing muscle pain, chronic tension, and even referred pain patterns.

  • Myofascial Massage

A form of bodywork that focuses on relieving tension and pain in the body's fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and organs. Through gentle, sustained pressure and stretching techniques, myofascial massage helps to release tightness, improve mobility, and reduce discomfort caused by injury, stress, or postural imbalances.

  • Lymphatic Drainage Massage

A gentle and specialized technique designed to support the body's lymphatic system, which plays a crucial role in immune function and waste removal. During this gentle massage, the therapist uses rhythmic, light strokes to encourage lymphatic fluid circulation, helping to reduce swelling, detoxify the body, and enhance overall well-being.

  • SARGA Bodywork®

A method that utilizes a length of fabric fastened to a massage table to aid in delivering therapeutic myofascial and deep tissue techniques with bare feet. The fabric adds tensional and gravitational force to manual therapy methods which aim to facilitate deep relaxation and less restriction in recipients’ bodies.

This approach can be particularly effective in stimulating a parasympathetic response, which is the rest-and-digest state of the body that facilitates a deep sense of relaxation and wellbeing.
